Digital Marketing Manager
We’re looking for music savvy adaptable digital marketing managers to work directly with our account managers, artists and management companies to build successful fan engagement campaigns and strategies in our small but fast growing company. You should be comfortable writing copy and designing the layout in ways that encourage action and have the ability to adapt to different writing styles to match an artist.
You must be willing to work throughout the day with sometimes early evening calls to accommodate US time zones. 6pm calls are likely to be the last call of the day but flexibility is key. This works on both sides.
Applicants should have an understanding of the music industry and the business of music from an artist and artist manager perspective. Knowing bands directly will be an advantage.
If you think vanity metrics, VR, TikTok and Spotify are the future this isn’t the role for you.
If on the other hand, you understand fandom and the role it plays in building true fans with longevity through passionate and close relations with fans then you could be a candidate we’re interested in.
Skills must Include
- Being organised and able to work to deadlines on time every time.

- Graphic design knowledge (Basic but creative)
- Understand and motivate artists
- Being able to help artists hit deadlines
- Writing proposals and content strategies.
- Understanding tech and mobile apps.

- Copywriting for email etc.
- Organisational skills
- Basic graphic design and styling
Due to covid, the role is remote and you’ll be spending a lot of time on Zoom.
Post covid this may change to include visiting artists and clients in major cities including London, LA and Nashville.
