The Digital Loyalty Card Platform With Notifications
A digital loyalty card platform that puts your loyalty program in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, rewards the actions you choose and reaches your audience on their lock screen.
Your audience adds your pass in one tap from a link or a QR code, with no app to download and nothing to fill in. Their level shows on the front of the pass, and every notification you send arrives on their lock screen.

How our digital loyalty card platform works
Set up your loyalty program once, share it anywhere, then reward and reach every pass holder from one dashboard. It’s wallet loyalty with notifications built in, and there’s no app for anyone to download or for your team to build.
Design your pass and your rewards
Add your logo, colors and artwork, name your loyalty levels and choose the actions that earn points.
Share a link or a QR code
Links go wherever people can tap, such as your emails, website and messages. QR codes go wherever they can’t, such as packaging, posters, your counter or a YouTube video watched on the TV. Either way, one tap adds your pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Reward and reach your pass holders
Points and levels update on the pass as people take part, and your notifications arrive on their lock screen whenever you send them.
Loyalty Levels Built Into the Pass
Status your pass holders see every time they open their wallet
You name the levels and set the points each one needs, for example Level 1, Bronze at 200 points, Silver at 400 and Gold at 800. Each pass holder’s level shows on the front of their pass and changes as they earn points, with nothing for them to download or check.
Levels also sort your audience for you. You know who your Gold pass holders are without asking them a single question, so you can send them something the rest don’t get.
- Your own level names and points
- The level shows on the front of every pass
- Updates by itself as people earn points
Rewards for Actions, Not Just Purchases
Give people a reason to come back before their first order
Most loyalty programs start after the first sale. PushPass also rewards the things that lead up to it, so the people who saw your ad, your video or your counter but haven’t bought yet already have a reason to return.
You choose the actions and the points each one is worth. Attach an action to a notification and people earn the points when they follow its link. We can also connect PushPass to your till, so spending in your shops adds points automatically.
Loyalty That Reaches the Lock Screen
A loyalty program that can tell people what's new
A loyalty program only works if people remember it. PushPass sends notifications that appear on your pass holders’ lock screens, and each one can link to wherever you want them to go.
Send to everyone, to one loyalty level or to a single person. Give Gold pass holders an early preview, remind Bronze how close they are to Silver, or congratulate someone on reaching a new level. It’s the same engine behind our push notification platform.
- Everyone, one level or one person
- Every notification can link anywhere
- Apple Wallet on iPhone and Google Wallet on Android
Pass Holders Who Sign Up Their Friends
Word of mouth, with points to show for it
Every pass can carry a Scan to Share code. A friend scans it with their phone camera and one tap adds the same pass to their wallet, with no form to fill in.
Make sharing a recurring action and the person who shared earns points for every friend who joins. Every new pass holder can share it again, and your dashboard shows who shared and how many people joined through them.
PushPass vs paper stamp cards and loyalty apps
A paper card gets lost or left at home, and a loyalty app has to be found, downloaded and opened before it can do anything. A pass is already in the wallet on the phone people carry everywhere. More on the benefits of wallet passes.

How brands use their loyalty pass
Three ways to put a loyalty program in the wallet to work, depending on what you need it to do.
Keep customers coming back
Stay in the wallet between purchases and reward the engagement that leads to the next one, so each customer is worth more over time.
Reward the people who take part
Bring your audience into a program that rewards joining in, not only buying, for brands and the agencies that run their loyalty.
Reward people the moment they act
Points that show on the pass as soon as they’re earned, and notifications that give people a reason to act again.

Digital loyalty card platform FAQs
Everything brands ask before they put their loyalty program in the wallet.
What is a digital loyalty card platform?
A digital loyalty card platform lets a business run its loyalty program on customers’ phones instead of on paper or plastic. PushPass is a digital loyalty card platform that puts your program in a pass in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, rewards the actions you choose and sends notifications to your pass holders’ lock screens.
How is PushPass different from other digital loyalty card platforms?
Most loyalty programs reward purchases. PushPass also rewards the actions before a purchase, such as sharing the pass or watching a new video, sends notifications to the lock screen and lets every pass holder sign up friends with Scan to Share. If you’re comparing providers, see how our wallet pass platform works.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Your pass lives in Apple Wallet on iPhone and Google Wallet on Android, which are already on the phone. One tap adds it from a link or a QR code.
Do customers have to fill in a form to join?
Not unless you want them to. With one tap to add, the pass goes straight into the wallet and you can ask for details later. If you’d rather collect a name and email address first, you can set your pass to ask for them before it’s added.
What can customers earn points for?
Any action you set up, such as sharing the pass with a friend, following a notification’s link, watching a new video or buying in store. You decide the points for each, and sharing can earn points every time someone new joins.
How do loyalty levels work?
You name each level and set the points it needs. Everyone starts on your first level at zero points, and each pass holder’s level shows on the front of their pass and changes as they earn points.
Can I send notifications to my loyalty members?
Yes. Send to every pass holder, to one loyalty level or to a single person. Each one can link wherever you choose. See how our push notification platform works.
Can customers share the pass with friends?
Yes. Every pass can carry a Scan to Share QR code. A friend scans it with their phone camera and adds the same pass in one tap, and the person who shared can earn points for every friend who joins.
Can I change the design after people have added the pass?
Yes. Change the artwork, colors or offer in our wallet pass creator and every pass already in people’s wallets updates within seconds, with nothing for them to do.
What results can I measure?
Passes added by wallet, country, city and campaign, clicks on every notification’s link, who shared and how many joined through them, and the sales your notifications bring in once our tracking snippet is on your order confirmation page.
Can PushPass connect to my till or other systems?
Yes. Our API lets your own systems send notifications automatically, and we can connect PushPass to your till so spending in your shops adds points automatically.
Can an agency run loyalty programs for several clients?
Yes. One account can run a separate branded pass for each client, each with its own levels, rewards and notifications. We’ll work out the right setup with you on a call.
How quickly can I launch a digital loyalty program?
You can be live the same day. Design your pass, set your levels and actions, then share your link or QR code. There’s no app to build and no app store to wait for.
How much does a digital loyalty card platform cost?
PushPass pricing starts with a base plan and grows with the number of people who hold your pass, with no per-notification fees. See our PushPass pricing.
Who owns the data, and is PushPass GDPR compliant?
Your pass holders are your audience, and you can export your data at any time. Yes, PushPass is GDPR compliant. Pass holders can remove your pass or switch off notifications whenever they like.
